At Sensory Sky Creations, every product we create is carefully crafted and inspected for quality. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issue with your order—such as defects, damage during shipping, or if the product you receive is not what you ordered—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and work with you to make it right!
